**Job Title: Collection Officer**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are searching for a bold and conscientious Collections Officer to assist with the collection of outstanding debts. The collections officer will contact clients and inform them of their debts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure payments are made as soon as possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Improve collection effectiveness and closely monitor and follow-up overdue accounts for timely resolutions
- Create plans and strategies for collecting debts.
- Adhering to financial laws on the regulation of debt collection.
- Contact and communicate effectively with debtors by phone to negotiate and implement debt recovery plans.
- Audit, review and document collection policies, strategies and practices.
- Regular payment follow up

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in collection strategies.
- Ability to manage a large pool of customers.
- MIS Reports.
- Fraud Case Investigation, providing and reporting information to management.
- Confident and brave personality to approach and work with disagreeable defaulters

**Qualifications**: Any Graduate or Post Graduate

**Job Location**: Bangalore, Karnataka

**Experience**:Minimum 5 years

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:
