## Role Overview
The primary role of an education counselor is to drive sales and revenue generation by converting leads into enrolled students, They are the frontline of our business.
Seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, develop lasting client relationships, and contribute to a high-performing sales team. This role involves executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
## Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the organization's client base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Present products/services effectively to prospects and handle negotiations and deal closure.
- Lead and motivate other sales team members to achieve collective goals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on daily and weekly and monthly to management.

## Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Business Administration, or related field.
