**Job Overview**:
Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Financial Controller** to manage and oversee our company’s financial activities. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective cost management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Management**:

- **Oversee day-to-day company accounts, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and compliance.**:

- Manage recording of all transactions in the accounting system and ensure regulatory filings and treasury management.
- **Conduct cost and credit control, margin analysis, profitability analysis, and prepare management reports.**

**Finance Operations**:

- Manage daily banking operations and prepare CMA for loan proposals.
- **Ensure compliance with banking requirements post-loan disbursement.**:

- Handle forex payments, receipts, and related documentation submissions to the bank.

**MIS and Reporting**:

- **Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports.**:

- Develop and maintain management dashboards, cost analyses, and KPIs.
- **Review overheads thoroughly and proactively resolve any issues or errors.**

**Secretarial Compliance**:

- Maintain corporate documents, including the register of members and directors, ensuring compliance with secretarial requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Accounting or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in finance management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and manage ambiguity effectively.
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and auditing.
- Compliance-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
