Malieakal Group is a specialty electronics & home appliance retail chain since 1979 headquartered in **Kollam, Kerala**. We are looking for a proactive billing executive to join our team.

**Roles and responsibilities include**:
1. Invoice Generation
- Generate customer invoices for sales of electronics and home appliances using Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
- Ensure that all invoices reflect correct product details, pricing, taxes (GST), discounts, and serial numbers.
- Verify billing data against sales orders and delivery notes to prevent discrepancies.

2. Tally Entry & Record Maintenance
- Accurately enter all billing transactions into Tally, including sales, returns, and adjustments.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized digital and physical billing records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Reconcile daily billing entries with cash, card, and UPI payments received.

3. GST Compliance & Reporting
- Generate GST-compliant invoices and assist the accounts team in monthly GST return preparation.
- Ensure all tax-related fields in Tally are properly configured and updated.

4. Customer Interaction & Support
- Address customer queries related to billing, payment receipts, and invoice reprints.
- Provide duplicate invoices or corrections promptly when requested.
- Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all customer interactions.

5. Daily Reporting & Reconciliation
- Submit daily billing summaries to the accounts or branch manager.
- Reconcile cash and digital payments with invoices at the end of each shift.
- Report any billing anomalies or payment mismatches immediately.

**Desired Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
