**Social Media Executive**

**Job Title**: Experienced Social Media Executive

**Location**: Madurai

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience Required**: 2+ years

**Salary: 15k - 20k**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients.
- Create and curate engaging, original content (posts, videos, graphics) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and native platform analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, and marketing) to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions to foster strong customer relationships.
- Run paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and optimize performance for conversions and engagement.
- Track and report key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions to measure the success of campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers and third-party partners to expand reach and audience growth.
- Identify new social media opportunities and trends to help clients stay ahead of competitors.
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Executive or similar role in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and their algorithms.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Proficiency in running paid campaigns across social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team player attitude.
