We are looking for an Associate Editor/Editor to join our Publications team in Chennai/Hyderabad. This is an amazing opportunity to work on niche' content. You will be accountable for the curation of key bibliographic meta-data pertaining to publications of academic literature which is of potential relevance to products like the Web of Science. You will be an individual contributor in a close-knit global team which is collaborative, diverse and values accountability, and is part of Clarivate’s wider Global Operations group.

About You
- Freshers / 1-2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point, web browsing etc.

It would be great if you also had...
- Understanding/ experience in publishing industry preferred
- Good ability to communicate in English
- Organized and quality conscious

What will you be doing in this role?
- Work with the Global operations team for the WOS product
- Validate and curate bibliographic information such as title, subtitle, ISBN, publisher information, etc from books and journals
- Follow prescribed policies and procedures to capture this bibliographic information
- Deliver process KPI’s of volumes, quality & proficiency on a daily/weekly basis
- Actively contribute to continuous process improvement
- Support key initiatives of the process

About the Team

Publication Master is an integral part of Global Operations. The team is responsible for the delivery of curated content for consideration per Clarivate’s Editorial quality policies and managing the lifecycle of a publication in the Web of Science. We are a global team that works collaboratively to ensure customer delight.

Hours of Work

9AM to 6PM IST (includes one hour break)
