Associate Content Editor

We are looking for an Associate Content Editor to join our Scholarly People Team in Chennai/Hyderabad. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Web of Science products. The team consists of 30 colleagues and is reporting to the Dhanesh Lambodharan, Content Manager. We have a great skill set in Scholarly Publishing and we would love to speak with you if you have skills to curate bibliographic information from scholarly content and create custom profiles based on customer requests.
About You
- Freshers / 1-2 years of experience with below mentioned skills would also be considered.
- Good communication skills (Oral & Written) in English are highly mandatory, typing skills and a high level of attention to details.
- Any UG Graduate preferably from computer science/basic science domains.

- Good understanding on research publication workflows and policies.
- Experience working in publishing industry is desirable.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Assist customers in curating research publications to their respective profile and troubleshoot queries related to Author Profiles.
- Expected to follow prescribed editorial policies, procedures, and instructions to capture the bibliographic information with required quality metrics.
- Colleague is expected to have good communication skills, typing skills and a high level of attention to details.
- Expected to have the ability and willingness to do repetitive work in a highly productive environment.
About the Team
Scholarly People is accountable for the creation and curation of scholarly people records identified from the various sources including academic literature, clinical trials and patents. The team is responsible for the resolution of identified people to existing database records in the Scholarly People Master thereby supporting OneProfile product of the Web of Science family.
Hours of Work
9 hours, includes one hour of break (IST)
Workdays - Mon to Fri
