**Overview**:
Datagrid Labs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, and execution. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks and timelines.
- Coordinate with ship agents and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
- Support logístical and administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Soft Skills**: Strong organization, time management, and communication skills; team player with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Saturday: 09:00 AM - 02:30 PM

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
