Overview:

Datagrid Labs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, and execution. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks and timelines.
• Coordinate with ship agents and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
• Support logistical and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Strong organization, time management, and communication skills; team player with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Saturday: 09:00 AM – 02:30 PM
