1) Responsible for Creation of SIM SOM Papers (Material Short/ Access & Depot Cancellations).
- 2) Maintenance of Gift register & Gift dispatch & Gift stock in stock out (overall Gift Distributions).
- 3) Timely Checking of Inward Outward registers entries.
- 4) Invoice Printing & should be saved in one file for future reference.
- 5) Maintenance of Invoice Register.
- 6) Sign Challan follow up & cross checking (sign & stamp of receiver is must).
- 7) Must - Need to handle dispatch (Loadings roots plans + gate entries in the absence of dispatch person.
- 8) Filling of sigh challans & invoices.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
