**Job Description: AVP Sales**
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Team Management: Develop, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and expand market share across various segments.
- Client Advisory: Advise clients on lucrative investment opportunities, tailored to their financial goals and needs.
- Relationship Management: Identify, acquire, and nurture customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer support and satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Generate new business from existing and prospective clients, achieving individual and team sales targets, particularly with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and retail clients.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Develop and execute strategies to create cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the client base.
- Market Analysis: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor activities, market trends, and product offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- Project Planning: Systematically plan projects and activities to align with business priorities and optimize resources.
- Sales Meetings: Actively participate in and contribute to sales meetings, providing insights and updates on market conditions and sales strategies.
- Customer Feedback: Measure and analyze customer satisfaction levels, using feedback to improve service delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve complex customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 7+ years in the broking industry, with a proven track record in sales management and client relationship development.
- **Education**: Graduation is mandatory.
- **Location**: Positions available in Delhi, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Ludhiana, Bhopal, Dehradun, Moradabad, and Meerut.
- **Salary**: ₹15 LPA.
**Additional Information**
Pay: ₹92,000.00 - ₹96,000.00 per year
