Job Description: Marketing Executive Company: Kimirica Hunter International Location: Indore Reports To: AVP, Growth Company Brief: Kimirica Hunter International is a leading manufacturer and supplier of premium hotel toiletries and amenities, serving top global hospitality brands such as Hyatt, Hilton, Accor, The Leela, Taj, Radisson, InterContinental , and more. Known for its innovation, luxury formulations, and sustainable solutions, we create high-quality personal care products that enhance the guest experience in luxury hotels and resorts. We are seeking a Marketing Executive to drive performance marketing campaigns, enhance content strategies, and optimize our digital presence through effective SEO practices. Position Overview: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing agencies for performance marketing campaigns, brand campaigns, and SEO. The role requires strong expertise in performance marketing , hands-on experience with content creation , and a solid understanding of SEO practices. The ideal candidate will have experience working with digital marketing agencies and executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads , Meta Ads , LinkedIn Ads , and others. Monitor campaign performance , track key metrics such as CPC , CPM , ROI , and conversion rates , and provide insights for improvement. Work closely with the AVP, Growth and external agencies to develop strategies that increase lead generation, website traffic, and sales. Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting, and strategies. Optimize campaigns and ensure the cost-per-acquisition (CPA) is within the target range. 2. Content Writing & Strategy: Develop high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns , and other marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling content that aligns with the brands voice and resonates with the target audience. Create SEO-friendly content that supports organic search efforts, enhances user engagement, and contributes to lead generation. Stay updated with trends in content marketing , customer behavior, and industry-specific changes to ensure content remains fresh and relevant. 3. SEO & Web Optimization: Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings . Optimize content, landing pages, and websites for search engines , focusing on keyword research, link-building strategies, and metadata optimization. Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify SEO opportunities. Ensure that all content follows SEO best practices and contributes to improving search visibility. 4. Digital Marketing Agency Management: Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies to execute marketing strategies, ensuring they align with the companys goals. Provide guidance, feedback, and clear communication to digital agencies for campaign execution and optimization. Evaluate the performance of agency-managed campaigns, ensuring that KPIs are met and suggesting adjustments as necessary. Ensure timely reporting from agencies and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders. 5. Reporting & Analytics: Create and present regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, content performance, and SEO improvements. Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics , SEMrush , Ahrefs , and others to measure the success of marketing activities and make data-driven decisions. Track and report on key digital KPIs , such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rates (CTR), and customer acquisition cost (CAC). 6. Brand Development: Collaborate with the brand team to create content and campaigns that build and strengthen the Kimirica Hunter International brand presence. Help establish brand guidelines for digital marketing activities, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all platforms. Qualifications and Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing , Communications , Business Administration , or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing , content writing , and SEO . Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results. Experience working with digital marketing agencies and handling campaigns across various digital platforms. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in performance marketing tools such as Google Ads , Facebook/Meta Ads , LinkedIn Ads , etc. Solid understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush , Ahrefs , Moz , or Google Search Console . Strong content writing skills, with the ability to create engaging, SEO-optimized copy for various digital channels. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs. Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp , HubSpot , or Klaviyo is a plus. Proficient in Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , and other analytics tools to track performance. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices is a plus.
