Calibration of analytical instruments.

Identification and characterization of impurities by LCMS.

Analytical Method development and validation by HPLC, LCMS, IC, ICPMS, GC and GCMS.

Preparation of test procedure, development reports.

Job Description: It includes the job duties and responsibilities of the work

To perform calibration of the analytical instruments as per calibration schedule.

Analytical method development and validation for quantification of genotoxic impurities by LCMS, GCMS and ICPMS.

Analytical method development, validation, and sample analysis for Extractables and Leachables using HPLC, LCMS, GCMS and ICPMS.

Identification and characterization of unknown impurities by LCMS.

Review of routine analytical activity (Peer Reviewer)

Ensure use of personal protective equipment, attend EHS training, send waste to concerned person, and comply EHS requirement.

Interface with internal customers: It specifies the type of interaction and coordination required with internal parties.

Interact and coordinate with Sr. Principal Scientist or Sr. Research scientist/Principal Scientist for day to day work allocation and internal team.

Communication with internal client (AD) for analysis and data submission.

Communication with CRA for project specific technical documents/queries.

Interface with external customers: It specifies the type of interaction and Co-ordination required with external parties like suppliers / vendors.

Communication with supplier/vendors for Instrument maintenance and columns/chemicals inquiry.

Communication with outside analytical labs for specific analysis.
