Looking for freshers, especially B.Com graduates, to support sales and marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and support marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships with distributors and collect feedback.
- Conduct market research and analyze performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Marketing, or Business preferred).
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical abilities.
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales.
