The role of Finance reporting expert (C11) for India AIM - Analytics and Information Management team is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a career within Citigroup and specifically within the Finance and Digital reporting team.

This role involves providing financial and headcount related business information to Business Units to enable them to make informed business decisions and set key strategic goals. This includes monthly management reporting, Budgeting, Outlook & Forecasting for FTE and expenses and preparation of various reports on digital platforms. The purpose of the role will be to execute key responsibilities (as described below) supporting the Finance & Resource management function for India AIM - Analytics and Information Management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Executive Reporting activities**:

- Support various teams with key Management reporting as appropriate.
- Reviewing financials daily during the month-end period and reporting issues to finance management, comparing Actual to plan/ forecast/ prior period to ensure correct month-end close & investigating unusual postings and/ or escalating with same to the appropriate team.
- Work on headcount mapping by business supported, track actual headcount against the approved.
- Share the resource allocation with the business team on monthly basis and closely work with team SPOCs for creation of Outlook/forecast.
- Working as part of a diverse team spread across the region, Interaction with a wide range of people and exposure to Regional /Global Finance Owners/ stakeholders.
- ** Performance Measurement and Related Analytics**:

- Preparation of monthly financial & FTE metrics and key business drivers specific to different business lines.
- Monthly management reporting, updating reporting decks & management reviews with Finance Management as required.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA Finance
- Prior financial analysis and management reporting background
- Knowledge of SharePoint management

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint & Excel).
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Effective communication skills.
- Should be a team player and able to multitask.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail is an essential part of the job.
- Demonstrate an ability to learn and desire to develop and improve by challenging status quo.
- Interpersonal skills (ability to work with colleagues at all levels across multiple locations).
