Strategic Information Technology Analyst

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end management of information technology fee programs across the entire organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monthly maintenance of the IT fee database, including forecast and budget calculation.
- Understanding monthly variations with the IT IAM team.
- Calculating IT fees invoicing by region for budget/last estimate and yearly true up/down.
- Managing recharge and accrual with the finance department.
- Checking finance entries in Teranga.
- Answering region questions on booking in Teranga and all interrogation they may have.
- Supporting digital services finance in all analyses concerning IT fees.
- Interface with tax teams.
Under the leadership of the IS&T financial controller head of run, you will manage one headcount who is dealing with regional costs.
Key Responsibilities- Reviewing monthly IS&T headcounts: consistency with the census.
- Preparing monthly reporting on the headcount.
- Managing with HR, headcounts forecast and budget –> headcounts and budget.
- Preparation of HQ MBR (monthly business review) + DS deck + DP.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix/multi-cultured environment.
