We Pesticides Manufacturing Company, are looking for a Sales Executive should be capable of managing a Sales Team all over Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in Maharashtra.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to optimize performance and achieve sales targets.
- Identify market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers & distributors.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales and marketing leadership within the agrochemical or pesticide industry.
- Strong understanding of the Maharashtra market and proven track record of managing regional sales teams.
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a relevant field.
