Kinkob Kreation is one of India’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of high-quality **hotel linen products**, including **mattress**, **bed linens, bath linens, and uniforms**. With a growing presence across the country, we are now looking for an experienced and motivated **Business Development Executive** to expand our B2B customer base and drive sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute **B2B sales strategies** to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Identify, approach, and build lasting relationships with potential clients in the **hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors**.
- Promote and market **mattress and linen products** to prospective customers.
- Conduct **field marketing activities** to explore new sales opportunities.
- Deliver impactful **product presentations and fabric demonstrations**.
- Collaborate with internal **sales and marketing teams** to align efforts with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Provide timely **sales reports and performance updates** to management.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in B2B sales, preferably in **hotel linen, mattress, or fabric/uniforms industry**.
- **In-depth knowledge of mattress and linen products** is mandatory.
- Must understand **fabrics, hotel linens, and uniform materials**.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Excellent **negotiation, sales pitching, and presentation** skills.
- Self-motivated, **target-driven**, and confident in field sales.
**Additional Requirements**:
- **Own a personal bike** for travel and client visits.
- Comfortable with **frequent fieldwork** and travel.
- Passionate about sales, business development, and client servicing.
**Compensation & Work Mode**:
- **Salary Range**: ₹2.16 - ₹3.00 LPA
- **Work Mode**: Office + Field Work (**B2B Sales Role**)
