Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for smooth& efficient functioning of the OPD Block at unit
- Monitoring of collection handed over to finance on daily basis according to SOP (thrice a day)
- Tracking and document of OP to IP Conversion, OP to In house Diagnostic conversion, OP to Inhouse Pharmacy conversion.
- Reporting on inhouse OP to Outside Pharmacy/ Diagnostic conversion to unit admin
- Primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of outpatient department
- Check availability of consultant's & schedule everyday and update front office team
- Monitor readiness of consultant cabin before starting OP everyday.
- Managing staff rosters, leaves and approvals and identifying areas for improvement in employee performance.
- Periodic rounds to check and facilitate smooth functioning of all OP services.
- To monitor Que, patient waiting time & act as per TAT
- To ensure that all the Coordinators, Data entry operators, Front office executives ( OP & IP ) Telephone operators, Vaccination staff are on duty if necessary to make arrangements in place of staff who are on leave or weekly off in coordination with Unit Administrator and Medical Director.
- Coordinating with various departments of the hospital for speedy & better services to the patients i.e. House keeping, F&B, Billing
- TPA / Cash, overseeing the billing process, Maintenance etc.
- Coordination with transport dept., external diagnostic centers as needed.
- Coordinating with doctors and other staff whenever required to facilitate efficient and smooth functioning of the hospital.
- Ensure coordination & handling of escalations from all FO Executive at OPD
- Ensure coordial relation with the consultants on their timings.
- Answer all customer questions and address their complaints
- Monitor feedback is collected from all out patients in the prescribed format.
- Analyze patient feed back with Unit operations manager and work on corrective measures for the same.
- Counseling of the patients on monetary aspects and other issues at the time of conversion from OP to IP.

**Job specifications**:

- Minimum Qualifications - MBA Hospital management /Hospital administration.
- Technical Qualifications - MS Office.
- Ability to handle administration and operations of the OPD
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Mandatory relevant experience of at least 8 to 12 years.
- Ability to Handle the VIP /VVIP protocols.
- Good coaching / mentoring and presentation skills.
- Conflict resolution (employees / patients).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
