We are looking a dedicated and capable **Assistant clinic Incharge** has responsibility for the supervision and daily operations of the Corporate Sponsored Practices. This includes Provides ongoing Quality Improvement monitors and ensures safe patient care to the clinic patients of all ages that present to the clinic, and ensures office staff is competent to perform patient care. Responsible for procedures for registration of patients and coordinates patient flow between front and back office personnel.
- Deputies for the Clinic Manager in the Clinic Manager’s absence.
- To be involved in the management and development of non‐clinical staff
- Premises management & maintenance
- Ensuring that effective policies and procedures are in place and updated
- To be responsible for producing performance and quality standards within the Clinic, delivered through the Quality, Enhanced Services and other initiatives.
- Ensuring the effective running of the clinics IT network, investigating, and resolving problems as required
- Assisting the efficient and accurate management of the clinic finances.
- To provide support and training for current and new staff ensuring that data quality guidelines are understood and adhered to.
- Oversee the day to day running of the clinic with the support of the manager.
- Ensure clinic is compliant with all regulatory requirements
- Manage policies and protocols to ensure all staff clinical and non-clinical have access to up to date guidance to facilitate their role.
- Oversee the presentation of the clinic - ensure the office is welcoming and presentable and display materials are neat, clean and in date.
- Maintain the clinic business continuity plan and ensure that all staff are kept up to date with contact details to use in an emergency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
