**Job Description: Recruitment Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, including ATS and job boards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies is a plus.
