
Student Coordinator

A Students Operations Executive, will act as a liaison, provide course/training information and resolve any emerging problems that our students might face with delivery, accuracy and efficiency. The primary responsibilities of this role would be:
- To facilitate the delivery of services to students
- Managing large amounts of students’ queries
- Identifying and assessing students’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage students
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on students' requests.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Maintains a variety of student and program records and information in assigned area of responsibility
- May perform all or some of the responsibilities above and other related duties as assigned
- Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- **Excellent communication skills in English and French**
