**Purpose of the Role**

To serve as an employment Placement Coordinator for our Udayan Care IT Programme Students and help them in their career life advancement.

The Placement Coordinator will report to the Head of the UCIT Programme on a regular basis providing updates on the progress of the various activities. Any challenges or problems in relation to completion of the various activities will be highlighted at the earliest opportunity. Discussions will be held as soon as possible if the timescale of the activities needs to be extended.

**Job roles**
- Prioritise the day-to-day assigned tasks that directly relate to Udayan Care's IT Centre Placement Cell.
- Closely working with centre staff to prepare the error free resumes of students.
- Mobilise new employers at nearby UCIT centres.
- Make sure to develop good relationships with employers to ensure their presence at central events like campus placement drives, grand alumni meets, etc.
- Closely working with the placement lead person to collect the letter of intent and company logo from the on-boarded companies
- Make sure to beat the placement targets of the assigned IT centres.

**Education/ Qualification:

- **
- Must 1 to 2 years relevant experience (NGO sector)
- Ready to travel across the nation as per request
- Having excellent communication skills to present the Udayan Care placement cell at nearby companies (Delhi and Noida)
- Good writing skills in the English language are needed to quote success stories verbatim, employer testimonials, etc.
- Flexible to manage the work over weekends as per program requirements

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
