**Job title**:_Associate Student Services _

**Purpose**

An Associate Student Service is an important role within sales team. Provide support and ensure proper service. This position also requires local travel and help sales teams to be more effective. They help departments implement and execute key business strategies.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage all Service Requests and Challenges at local centers
- Ensure first class service experience for existing students
- Be part of the Sales team and liaison with local centers for sales and services
- Be able to coordinate with various departments internally to get all issues resolved and also be able work with sales team to drive registration and re-registrations
- Aggressively Pursue targets set for the year
- Be able to soak and manage Pressure
- Reports to RM/AM/TM of locations
- Will work / liaison with various departments within NGASCE to provide services to students
- This position will require local travel 35% of the time

**Qualification**
- Graduate

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5+ years in successful sales and services preferably with Telecom, Financial Services and/or Education Industry
- Should have strong local connect in the Geography they operate in
- Be extremely service oriented and drive internal teams to provide first class experience to students

In 1981, Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM) established Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) to meet the growing demand for management education.
