Magari & Yavanika are currently present in Bangalore and Hyderabad with each store being over 10,000 sqft and are going to continue to expand its presence across the country. Magari currently retails Furniture, Kitchens & Wardrobes and also has Fabric & Furnishings in its stores retailed under the name of Yavanika. Treelight Design is amongst the leading Architecture & Interior Design firms in the country who's projects range across residential, commercial, hospitality, F&B and retail.

**Position Overview**

The IT Executive will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of servers, networks, and systems. The role includes managing user access, configuring critical systems, resolving user issues, and maintaining IT inventory, while supporting the organization's technological growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Domain and Network Administration**
- Setup, configure, and manage **Domain Servers** and ensure optimal performance.
- Expert management of **DNS** and **DHCP** services for seamless network communication.
- Configure and manage **firewalls** to ensure network security.

2. **User and System Management**
- Manage **Active Directory** users, groups, and access rights.
- Configure **SharePoint** to manage user access rights and permissions.
- Support users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to laptops, desktops, and software.

3. **Wireless Network Management**
- Configure and maintain **Wi-Fi networks** to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.

4. **Infrastructure Setup and Maintenance**
- Install and configure **CCTV systems**, ensuring operational readiness and effective monitoring.
- Maintain an updated and accurate **IT inventory**, tracking hardware and software assets.

5. **Cloud and Backup Management**
- Set up, configure, and maintain **AWS cloud servers**, including backup and disaster recovery strategies.

6. **Technical Support**
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot software on user devices.
- Provide technical guidance for system and network configurations.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in Domain Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, firewall configurations, SharePoint, and Wi-Fi setups.
- **Cloud Knowledge**: Hands-on experience with **AWS Cloud** setup, installation, and backup processes.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong troubleshooting skills for user systems and network-related issues.
- **CCTV Management**: Knowledge of installation and configuration of surveillance systems.
- **Inventory Management**: Ability to maintain detailed records of IT assets.
- **Communication**: Clear and professional interaction with users and vendors.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications such as **Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator**, **AWS Certified Solutions Architect**, or **CompTIA Network+** are advantageous.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration roles.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
