**Required Experience - Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a referral manager or an admission counsellor specifically in the education sector or in edtech industry.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Referral Program Management**: Developing and implementing strategies to maximize referrals from current students, alumni, and other contacts.
- **Lead Generation & Management**: Actively seeking out and generating new leads for admissions, potentially through referrals, phone outreach, schools, coaching centers and other marketing initiatives.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, or yearly admission sales targets.
- **Counselling and Conversion**: Guiding prospective students through the admissions process, addressing their queries, and converting them into enrolled students.
- **Relationship Building**: Maintaining strong relationships with potential students, parents, and other stakeholders.
**Minimum Education Qualification - Graduation**
