Delivers best practice procurement and supply chain solutions. Works and manages delivery across individual and multiple projects.

Ensures compliance against key principles of ethical procurement practices, service excellence and industry best practice.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Manages and performs end to end procurement and supply chain exercises incl. prequalification, tender drafting and management, moderation.
- Collaborates and negotiates with supply chain and monitors supply chain performance.
- Manages tender process via various tools, including online portals.
- Ensures that all procurement and supply chain activities undertaken follow processes and procedures as set out by Mace, the client and relevant regulations.
- Supports commercial management of contractual agreements.
- Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.
- Assists in the delivery of the strategy for team in support of function.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

- Graduation from engineering, economics, commerce.
- Post graduation in economics, commerce or MBA with specialization in finance.
- Certification in procurement from recognized bodies.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
