**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Welcome and seat guests, providing them with menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take and manage reservations, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
