As a Digital Marketing Trainer, your role is to deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops to individuals or groups interested in acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of digital marketing. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and conducting training sessions that cover various digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques. The goal is to empower trainees with the necessary expertise to navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape and effectively implement digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives. Design and develop training materials, including presentations, case studies, exercises, and assessments. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing to ensure training content reflects industry best practices.

Training Evaluation and Feedback: Assess trainees' progress and knowledge through quizzes, assignments, and group discussions. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help trainees improve their skills. Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of training programs based on participant feedback and industry changes.

Industry Insights and Networking: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools through continuous learning and professional development. Build relationships with industry professionals and stay connected to digital marketing communities to gather insights and share knowledge with trainees.

Mentorship and Support: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, addressing their queries and guiding them on their digital marketing journey. Offer additional resources and recommendations for further skill development beyond the training program.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

(preferred).
- Proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or strategic role.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with popular digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google

Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and trends in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
