As an E-commerce Marketplace Executive, you'll oversee platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Meesho for catalog management, order processing, inventory control, and sales monitoring.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage and handle various e-commerce platforms, ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels.
- Coordinate with different marketplace interfaces to list and optimize products effectively.
- Curate and maintain product catalogs on various e-commerce portals, ensuring accuracy and appealing product listings.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for maximum visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor stock availability on a SKU-wise basis on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels and avoid overstock or stockouts.
- Oversee all online orders, process them efficiently, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Manage order fulfilment, including packaging and shipping.
- Continuously monitor day-to-day sales performance across different marketplaces.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement and manage promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Track the effectiveness of promotions and make data-driven adjustments.
- Handle return requests and ensure a seamless returns process for customers.

Required skills:

- Should have good hands on experience into E-commerce domain.
- Applicant should have good knowledge of regulating sales in on E-commerce portals.
- Expert understanding of different technological components of online commerce.
- Strong technical knowledge of search engine optimization tactics.
- Photoshop and Graphics for image editing
- Brand promotion and digital marketing
- Good communication skills

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
