Store sales Executive - Furniture and Senior Sales Executive - Furniture and Décor

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team at The White teak Company. As a part of the store team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. **Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Customer Engagement**:_ Greet and assist customers, offer expert advice on products, design solutions, and layout ideas.
- _**Product Knowledge**_**: Maintain a thorough understanding of products, materials, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics.
- _**Sales & Design Consultancy**:_ Identify customer needs, provide tailored design recommendations, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- _**Networking**:_Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers/ AIDs to inform them about new products, promotions, and services.
- _**Customer Relationship Management**_:_ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and follow-up.
- _**Visual Merchandising**:_ Assist in maintaining the showroom's visual presentation, ensuring displays are attractive and up to date.
- _**Inventory Management**:_ Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding inventory needs and customer orders.
- _**Administrative Duties**_:_ Prepare quotations, handle sales transactions, process payments, and manage customer records.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or decor industry.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills (English & Hindi and Marathi preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- ⁠Understanding of the competitors and furniture industry in Maharashtra region
- Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable attitude.
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is must) and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.

**Education**:

- A degree or diploma in interior design, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Experience**:

- For Senior Sales Executive, 2-3 years preferrable
- For Sales Executive, minimum1 year

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
