**Position Overview**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor & B2C Sales job for admission counselling and career counselling. Role involves promoting skill development courses offered by EduCADD by effective communication with students/prospects and providing high-quality customer service. Achieving monthly admission targets will be the prime responsibility of this role.

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Courses: CAD/CAM/CAE, Information Technology, Interior Design & Digital marketing

**Job Description: Responsibilities**

Prompt calling of leads received from GoogleAds, Sulekha, Justdial etc

Consistent follow up of leads and generate walk ins

Counsel walked in students and convert to admissions

Responsible for admission processes, batch scheduling, training delivery and achieving monthly admission targets.

**Operation** **& Delivery related**

Counsel students and convert them into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets

Ensure completion of batches as per defined plan

Ensure that training delivered by centre meet training objectives like quality standards meeting customer satisfaction norms

Enrolment Assistance: Guide students through the enrolment process, documentation and payment collection.

Assist students with queries regarding course material, deadlines or academic concerns. Provide necessary support throughout their learning journey.

Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and encourage retention by offering tailored solutions and support.

Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, enrolments and student feedback.

**Requirements**:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu added advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
