Student Counsellor

We are currently seeking a motivated **SAP and Cyber Security** Counsellor to join our online training platform **COLORMINDS** based in Bangalore. As a Student Counsellor, need to provide accurate information about our online courses to students and assist them in selecting the most suitable courses also you will support students throughout their learning journey, ensuring their engagement and success in our online courses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively listen to students' needs, concerns, and aspirations, and provide them with accurate information about our online courses, learning pathways, and career prospects.
- Assist students in selecting the most suitable courses based on their interests, educational background, and career goals.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, helping them navigate our online platform and answering any technical or logístical queries they may have.

**Qualifications**:

- Any graduate.
- Previous experience in consulting, advising, or student support roles is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive environment.
- Knowledge of academic planning, career development, and consulting techniques.
- Familiarity with online education platforms and virtual learning environments is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
