**Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and month-end close processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting and monitoring of cash balances.
- Coordinate and manage audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial expertise and support for business initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Assist in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
- Inter Qualified. **CA Inter, CMA Inter is required.**:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software particularly Excel, Tally
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
