The Nursing Assistant will provide basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed healthcare professional. The role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a clean and safe healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help patients with mobility, including walking, transferring, and positioning in bed.
- Measure and record patients’ vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Assist with feeding patients and ensuring they receive proper nutrition.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms and healthcare equipment.
- Support nursing staff in medical procedures and specimen collection.
- Observe and report any changes in a patient’s condition to the nursing team promptly.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a Nursing Assistant training program preferred.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) [or equivalent local certification] is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and support patients.

**Work Environment**
- Hospital, clinic, nursing home, or home healthcare setting.
- May require shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
