**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an Assistant Nurse, you will support our nursing staff in providing direct patient care, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in various clinical duties. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist nurses in providing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medications, and assisting with daily activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare and assist with medical procedures, dressings, and other patient care activities.
- Help with patient documentation, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in patient charts.
- Assist in managing patient flow, ensuring timely care and efficient use of resources.
- Provide support to patients and their families, answering questions and offering reassurance.
- Ensure all medical equipment is sterilized, maintained, and ready for use.
- Help with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A diploma or certification in Nursing or relevant healthcare field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on patient care.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminologies and patient care procedures is a plus.
- **Personal Qualities**: Compassionate, patient, and willing to learn new healthcare skills.
