**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated **Tele calling Admin** to handle inbound and outbound calls related to **nursing service inquiries**, manage client interactions, and maintain lead records efficiently. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for healthcare service coordination, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend incoming calls from clients related to nursing and caretaker requirements.
- Explain our services clearly and professionally to potential clients.
- Maintain and update a detailed log of client inquiries and leads.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with the nursing team to schedule and assign services.
- Generate daily call reports and assist in improving service efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
- Prior experience in tele calling or admin work preferred.
- Positive attitude, patience, and good customer service skills.
