Major responsibilities includes
- **1. Corporate Travel Management** - Handling and overseeing all travel requests (domestic and international - booking air travel, hotel bookings, visa, forex etc) and coordinating activities related to travel operations. Handling relationships with travel agencies and related vendors. Analysing and preparing reports on travel spend.
**2. Event Management for the company** - Logistics support to employee engagement events, townhall setup, festive celebration in the company. Coordinate office activities with HR related to logistics assist for various events.
**3. Facility Upcoming and Maintenance** - Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. Inspect the floor to identify the need for repairs or renovations.
**4. Housekeeping and Security Management** - Responsible for keeping the floor properly maintained, clean and safe according to company policy and procedures. Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
**5. Cab/Taxi Service Management**:

- Prepare routes and guide cab service for employees as per request raised and liaise with service provider.
**6. Inventory Management** - Maintaining Inventory registers for daily consumables and other facilities items. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
**7. Vendor Management** - Coordinate and negotiate with various service providers as per requirement. overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, transport, cleaning, catering etc.
**8. Cafeteria Management** - Maintaining the smooth operation of cafeteria and ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Liaise with cafeteria vendor.
**9. Procurement and Invoicing** - Coordination with vendors to perform daily activities like ordering, invoicing, follow - ups etc.
**10. Audio Video Setup** across the floor - Maintenance and regular check of all AV equipments across floor and meeting
**11. Record keeping** - Maintain admin sheets and prepare reports as per requirement.
