**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**1. Customer Engagement**: Proactively interact with customers, promote products, and work towards achieving sales targets.
**2. Store Presentation**: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and fully stocked.
**3. Front-End Assistance**: Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
**4. Telephone Handling**: Answer incoming calls professionally, provide accurate information, and direct calls appropriately.
**5. Inventory Support**: Assist with regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and products are available.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first attitude with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 60 per week
