**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Commis 1 Chef (Continental Cuisine)** to join our culinary team. In this role, you will support senior chefs in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of continental dishes. You will be responsible for maintaining high kitchen standards, ensuring food quality, and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking a range of continental dishes (Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc.).
- Follow standardized recipes and instructions from senior chefs.
- Ensure all food is prepared hygienically and to the highest standard.
- **Station Management**:

- Work on assigned kitchen stations (e.g., grill, sauté, sauce) under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station during service.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during service.
- **Quality & Hygiene**:

- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
- Assist in minimizing food wastage through proper portioning and storage.
- **Team Support**:

- Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members.
- Take direction from senior chefs and respond quickly to kitchen demands.
- Assist with basic training and supervision of Commis 2 or Kitchen Helpers when needed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:
