Maintain proper Quality and Execute all the Construction Activities as per the checklist and keep the record for the same.
- Discuss various practical problems in executions with PE/Site Eng. and find out the suitable solution by constantly upgrading the working methods.
- Maintain record of machinery hrs. run & reconciliation for utilization work item wise.
- Minimize the rework and take corrective / preventive measures for such things not to happen again in future.
- Close monitoring of daily work progress & reporting to PE / Site Egg.
- Check all rectifications for structural as well as finishing work.
- To ensure all equipment in working condition.
- To remain present on all type of concreting work and take safety measures.
- To get to maximum output from the labour involved.
- To ensure safeguarding of all company owned & rental material/ goods.
- To ensure completion of post concreting snag points.
- Proper material stacking at site i.e. sand, cement, blocks etc.
- Maintain proper labour force to complete the specified departmental work.
- Check and control the wastage of material on site.
- Calculate the material requirement for a particular job.
- Require to work in of working in Auto cad, MS Excel, ERP.
- Coordinate with respective agencies to keep up the speed of project completion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
