**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing claims and making payments to insured/Claimant/Body Shop/Vendor.
- Investigate and processing complex transactions as per the requests received from Claimant/Insured.
- Communicate empathetically with the Third-Party Vendor team for the estimate payments approval.
- Analyzing the damage estimates with the attention to detail skills.
- Utilize system database to locate information and setting up the claim for making payment.
- Follow guidelines and adhere to the high standard to provide an exceptional customer experience

**Primary Skills**:

- Basics of P&C Insurance terms and insurance principles
- Research and investigation skills.
- Experience with Payments will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team - oriented environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
