**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an **Injection Molding Supervisor** to manage daily machine operations, ensure quality production, and maintain safety standards. The role involves leading machine operators, resolving production issues, and optimizing processes to meet output targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production & Process Management**
- Supervise daily injection molding operations
- Monitor machine settings, cycle times, and process consistency
- Resolve issues like defects, machine downtime, and material waste

**Quality Control**
- Ensure products meet quality and customer standards
- Conduct inspections and support corrective actions with QA team

**Team Supervision & Training**
- Lead and support machine operators and helpers
- Train staff on machine operation, quality, and safety practices
- Manage workforce planning and monitor performance

**Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting**
- Coordinate preventive and repair maintenance with the maintenance team
- Troubleshoot defects such as short shots, flash, warpage, burn marks
- Ensure proper mold and raw material handling

**Safety & Housekeeping**
- Enforce safety rules, PPE use, and 5S practices
- Conduct safety training and audits

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain daily production logs, downtime, and quality records
- Report issues to Production Manager
- Support inventory tracking for materials and finished goods

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and process settings
- Familiar with plastic materials like PP, ABS, PC, Nylon, etc.
- Skilled in solving molding defects and machine issues
- Experience in high-precision molding setups
- Understanding of ERP/MES systems
- Basic knowledge of automation and robotics in molding
