**Position Overview**:
The Guest Service Associate in Food and Beverage Service is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service in our dining areas. This role involves interacting with guests, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. We seek a motivated individual with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a food and beverage or customer service role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction**: Provide a warm welcome to guests, assist with seating, and address any special requests or dietary needs.
- **Order Management**: Take food and beverage orders accurately, provide recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- **Service Excellence**: Deliver exceptional service throughout the dining experience, from greeting guests to handling the final check-out.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials to assist guests effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a food and beverage service, hospitality, or related role is required.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- **Customer Focus**: Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding service and enhancing guest satisfaction.
