**We are looking for an Executive Chef who will be responsible for training, managing kitchen personnel, and supervising and coordinating all culinary-related activities. As an executive chef, you would have to estimate food consumption and requirements, standardize recipes to ensure consistent quality, and establish presentation techniques and quality standards. You must also ensure proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen.**

**Must Haves -**
- **Cook tasty and healthy food**
- **Graduation in Hotel Management or equivalent, any nutrition-related course will be an advantage**
- **4-9 years of proven work experience in a respected field**
- **In-depth knowledge of nutrition**
- **Excellent verbal and written communication, fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages**
- **Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools**

**Roles & Responsibilities -**

**1. Design a healthy and nutrient-rich food menu that satisfies quality standards.**

**2. Ensure food is prepared in a timely, healthy, and consistent manner**

**3. Supervise kitchen staff’s activities, assist if needed**

**4. Maintaining Quality levels of storage, presentation, and production of food**

**5. Maintain hygiene standards and proper grooming for all kitchen staff**
