Visitor Visa Counselor

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Counseling:

- Provide expert guidance on visitor visa options for various

countries
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable visa types
- Explain visa requirements, processes, and timelines

2. Document Management:

- Collect and organize required documents from clients
- Draft necessary letters and supporting documents for visa

3. Application Processing:

- Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the visa

process

- Work towards meeting monthly visitor visa enrollment

- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (both written and

spoken)

- In-depth knowledge of visitor visa requirements and

processes for target countries
- Understanding of immigration laws and regulations

understandable manner
