**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, qualify, and pursue potential leads through field work, digital outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of rooftop solar solutions and Power Planet’s offerings.
- Conduct site visits and prepare customized proposals based on customer needs.
- Follow up with prospects through the sales cycle—from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide regular feedback from the field to improve products and marketing strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in solar energy, real estate, or B2C/B2B technical sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Comfortable with field work and reaching out to new prospects regularly.
- [Preferred but not mandatory] Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
