**Job Description: UPSC/SSC Teaching Faculty**

**Position**: Teaching Faculty (SSC Focus, with UPSC Expertise Preferred)
**Location**: Dharmapuri
**Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

We aim to empower students with the knowledge and strategies they need to succeed. We are currently looking for an **SSC Faculty** who can also contribute to UPSC coaching as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-quality course materials, practice questions, and mock tests based on the latest SSC syllabus and exam patterns.
- Conduct interactive and effective classroom and/or online sessions to ensure maximum student engagement.
- Simplify complex topics and provide **shortcuts, tips, and tricks** for solving SSC questions efficiently.
- Stay updated with SSC exam trends and question patterns to adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- If required, contribute to UPSC teaching by delivering specialized lessons in specific areas like Polity, History, Geography, or Current Affairs.
- Monitor student progress, conduct regular assessments, and provide personalized feedback to help students improve.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and the management team to enhance course delivery and student outcomes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of teaching experience in SSC or UPSC domains, with a proven track record of helping students achieve success.
- In-depth knowledge of SSC exam patterns and syllabus (CGL, CHSL, MTS, GD, etc.).
- Ability to teach using **shortcuts, tips, and tricks** for faster problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil (preferred).
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools for online classes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for mentoring and guiding students.
