**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Telecalling & Lead Conversion**:

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, features, and benefits effectively over the phone.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels (online, walk-ins, etc.).
- Conduct cold calls to reach untapped potential leads.
- **Counselling**:

- Understand the student's career aspirations and suggest suitable courses.
- Provide accurate information about course fees, structure, duration, and schedules.
- Address queries and concerns to help students make informed decisions.
- **CRM Management**:

- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information.
- Track and monitor the status of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Generate reports on lead status, conversion rates, and feedback.
- **Admissions Process**:

- Guide students through the admission process, ensuring documentation and payment completion.
- Maintain records of admissions and ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation strategies.
- Work with academic coordinators to align schedules and course availability.

**Qualifications & Skills:Essential Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-2 years) as an Admission Counsellor or in a similar role.
- **Strong Telecalling Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections effectively.
- **CRM Knowledge**:

- Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and generate reports.
- Ability to track lead journeys and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Education**: Minimum graduate in any discipline.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in education counselling or telemarketing for ed-tech institutions.
- Multilingual ability (e.g., Tamil, Hindi, English) for better communication.
- Knowledge of competitive exams and related courses (SSC, Bank, UPSC).

Pay: ₹11,028.27 - ₹36,596.50 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
