**Position**: Aptitude Coaching Faculty (Expert in Shortcuts, Tips, and Tricks)
**Location**: Dharmapuri
**Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time (Ability to take informative 2 hour class)

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging aptitude lessons with a strong focus on **shortcuts, tricks, and innovative problem-solving techniques**.
- Create course materials, practice sets, and mock tests aligned with the latest **SSC and Bank exam patterns**.
- Train students to solve 25+ aptitude questions in under 15 minutes with **speed and accuracy.**:

- Continuously update teaching strategies to reflect changes in examination patterns and difficulty levels.
- Monitor student progress, provide individual attention, and suggest improvement areas.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and workshops to address common challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and questions in competitive exams and share insights with students.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience teaching aptitude for SSC, Banking, or other competitive exams.
- Expertise in problem-solving and a proven track record of using **shortcuts and tricks** effectively.
- Strong knowledge of SSC (CGL, CHSL, MTS) and Banking (IBPS, SBI) exam syllabus and question patterns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Patience and a student-focused approach to teaching.
- Proficiency in creating digital content and conducting **online classes** (preferred).
